摘    要:滑靴副的润滑机制和传热特征影响轴向柱塞泵的工作性能和使用寿命,是工程机械装备关键基础部件的主要课题之一。综述了轴向柱塞泵滑靴副热流体润滑特性的研究现状。阐述油液黏度、能量耗散、弹性变形对滑靴副热流体润滑特性影响的应用情况。介绍了轴向柱塞泵滑靴副润滑特性测试装置,比较了微米级润滑油膜厚度和温度的测试方法,为研制出高性能轴向柱塞泵奠定实验基础。最后,总结了滑靴副热流体润滑特性的研究重点和发展趋势。

Research Development of Thermohydrodynamic Lubrication of Slipper/Swash Plate Pair in Axial Piston Pump
Abstract:The lubrication mechanism and heat transfer characteristics of slipper/swash plate pair affect working performance and service life of axial piston pump, which is one of main research projects in key basic component of engineering machinery and equip-ment. The research development directions of the thermohydrodynamic lubrication of slipper/swash plate pair in axial piston pump were summarized. The application condition of effects of oil viscosity, energy dissipation and elastic deformation on the thermohydrodynamic lubrication of slipper/swash plate pair was summarized. The lubrication characteristics measurement apparatus of slipper/swash plate pair was introduced. The test methods of the lubricating oil film thickness and temperature in the micron level were compared, which could provide an experimental base for developing high performance of axial piston pump. Finally, the emphasis of research and the de-velopment tendency of the thermohydrodynamic lubrication of slipper/swash plate pair are concluded.
