枪管渐速膛线数控电解加工方法的研究

摘    要:针对现有膛线电解加工方法存在的只能加工固定缠距膛线、不能加工渐速膛线等问题,根据膛线电解加工方法和工作原理,提出枪管渐速膛线数控电解加工方法。通过对渐速膛线数控电解加工方法相关理论的分析,确定渐速膛线数控电解加工方法原理方案。新的渐速膛线数控电解加工方法不仅解决了在同一台设备上加工不同类型和规格膛线的问题,而且简化了机床结构,为枪管膛线电解加工提供了新的加工方法和设备,对枪管膛线的研究和发展具有重要的作用和实用价值。

Research on NC-ECM Method of Increasing Twist Rifle of Barrel
Abstract:Aiming at the problem that current electrochemical machining ( ECM) method for rifle was only used to machine twist rifle with fixed twist pitch, and was unable to process increasing twist rifle, by the ECM method and working principle of rifle, the NC-ECM method for increasing twist rifle barrel was put forward. Through the analysis of related theory of the NC-ECM method for increas-ing twist rifle, its principle scheme was determined. This new NC-ECM method for increasing twist rifle not only solves the different types and sizes of rifle in the same device, but also simplifies the machine structure. It provides new methods and equipment, and has an important effect and practical value on the research and development of barrel rifle.
