摘    要:基于ZigBee的无线通信传输,开发了船舶轴功率监测系统,实现对船舶轴系的扭矩和转速的实时测量,通过对轴功率的实时监测进而对主机的故障进行诊断。同时对该监测系统进行了软件、硬件设计,并通过实验测定了主机在两种故障状态下的轴功率输出。测量结果表明:该系统具有较高的准确性和可靠性。

Research on Monitoring System Development and Fault Diagnosis for Marine Shaft Power Based on ZigBee
Abstract:The ship shaft power monitoring system was developed , based on ZigBee wireless communication transmission .It could be realized of measure the real time torque and rotational speed of marine shafting , and in this way, make a fault diagnosis on the main engine.At the same time, the design for the software and hardware of the monitoring system was carried out , and the power output of the main engine in two kinds of fault states was determined by experiments .The results show that the system has high accuracy and reli-ability.
