摘    要:建立了泵控马达系统仿真模型,对系统响应特性进行仿真研究和试验验证,结果表明:变量泵排量比由电信号决定,定量马达转速由电信号和泵转速共同决定。建立了静液压系统效率模型,对效率特性进行比较研究和试验验证,结果表明:泵控马达系统在大排量、中压、中高转速范围内具有良好的效率特性。

Research on Response Characteristic and Efficiency Characteristic of Pump control motor System
Abstract:The simulation model of a pump-control-motor system was established .Research simulation and test verification were carried out of response characteristic of the system .The findings were as follows:the displacement ratio of variable pump was decided by the current singal , the rotational speed of the fixed motor was decided by the current singal and the rotational speed of pump togeth -er.The efficiency model of hydrostatic system was performed .Research comparsion and test verification of efficiency characteristic were carried out .The research results show below: the pump-control-motor system has good efficiency characteristic within range of larger displacement , moderate pressure and moderate or higher rotational speed of the pump and the motor .
