矿用梭车液压制动系统的设计

摘    要:通过对矿用梭车制动时所需最大减速度和最大制动力矩的分析和计算,设计了一套矿用梭车液压制动系统。介绍了系统用制动器的结构特点;详细阐述了液压制动系统的工作原理,对系统的关键元器件进行了计算和选配。实践表明,梭车液压制动系统的设计是可行的。

Design of Mining Shuttle Car Hydraulic Brake System
Abstract:By analyzing and calculating the required maximum deceleration and maximum braking torque when mining shuttle car braking, a set of mining shuttle car hydraulic braking system was designed.The structural characteristics of the system with brake were described, the principle of the hydraulic braking system was elaborated, the key components of the system were calculated and matched.Practice shows that the design of the shuttle car hydraulic brake system is feasible.
