摘    要:装配工装是飞机壁板制孔阶段重要组成部分。针对飞机壁板制孔现有装配工装水平翻转难度大、定位精度不高、使用不便等问题,设计一套回转装配工装系统,并给出该回转装配工装控制系统的硬件设计框图和软件程序流程图。实际应用表明:该系统运行安全、稳定可靠、高效。

Design of Rotating Assembly Fixture System for Aircraft Panels Making Holes
Abstract:Assembly fixture is an important part in the stage of aircraft panels making holes.Aiming at the problems of great diffi-culty in flip horizontal, low-orientated precision, inconvenient using of available assembly fixture in aircraft panels making holes, a set of rotary assembly fixture system was designed and the hardware design frame and software flow chart were given for this rotating assem-bly fixture control system.Practical application shows that the system is safe, stable, reliable and efficient.
