| 摘 要： | 对目前液压缸常用的3种内泄漏检测方法进行分析比较,提出采用压差法检测内泄漏。介绍了压差法的检测原理和系统组成,与前3种检测方法相比,压差法检测具有精度高、自动化程度高等特点。

| Abstract: | Three kinds of internal leakage detection method for hydraulic cylinder were analyzed and compared. The differential pressure method was proposed to detect internal leakage. The detection principle and system components of the differential pressure method were described. Compared with the previous three detection methods, the differential pressure method has the characteristics of high precision and high degree of automation. |
