横梁筋板的结构仿生设计及优化

摘    要:结合Workbench有限元分析软件,基于对乌龟壳的结构仿生,设计了一种拱形与纵横筋板相结合的新型横梁筋板结构。通过无筋板横梁的应力分布云图和对乌龟壳的结构仿生确定横梁筋板结构;通过拓扑优化技术去除横梁结构的冗余质量;筋板结构确定后,通过优化技术,以横梁的形变量、质量及固有频率作为性能指标,对横梁的关键尺寸进行灵敏度分析,以达到优化横梁的目的。优化后的新型筋板结构横梁与原型横梁相比在性能有了明显的提升。

Structural Bionic Design and Optimization of Beam Stiffened Plates
Abstract:By using the Workbench finite element analysis software, a new type of beam stiffened plate structure combining arch with vertical and horizontal ribs was designed based on the structural bionic of tortoiseshell. The arrangement of the structure of stiffened plates was designed according to the stress distribution nephogram of beam without stiffened plates structures and the structural bionic of tortoiseshell. Then redundant quality of the beam structure was removed by using the topology optimization technique. After the stiffened plate structure was determined, the critical dimensions of the beam were optimized by using sensitivity analysis to achieve the purpose of the optimization of beam. All of these were based on the performance index such as deformation, weight and the inherent frequency of the beam. Compared with that of the prototype beam, the performance of the optimized beam with a new structure of stiffened plates has been improved obviously.
