摘    要:根据市场调查,选取3款不同结构的超声波热量表,对比分析其结构差异。基于Fluent软件,选用k-ε模型分别对3款热量表水流特性进行对比分析,探讨热量表结构对速度等值线分布、K系数的影响规律。最后,通过实验验证了结构优化后的热量表测量精度更高。模拟结果与实际相符,对热量表结构优化具有一定的指导作用。

Comparative Study on Base Table Performance of Three Ultrasonic Flowmeters with Different Structure
Abstract:According to market research, three ultrasonic flowmeters with different structure were selected and their structural differences were compared. Based on Fluent software, flow characteristics were analyzed. Influence of flowmeter structure on velocity contour distribution and K coefficient were discussed. At last, it was proved that optimized C structure had higher measurement accuracy. The simulation result was consistent with the practice. It is helpful for structure optimization of the flowmeter.
