液压破碎锤系统参数优化的仿真研究

摘    要:使用AMESim仿真软件对液压破碎锤液压系统进行建模和仿真,得到工作频率、高压蓄能器压力、流量等工作参数对液压锤工作效率的影响。绘出液压锤的速度曲线、工作频率随速度变化曲线、速度随位移变化曲线、冲击能随时间变化曲线、高压蓄能器压力变化曲线、频率随流量变化时速度曲线。在对各种曲线进行分析的过程中,找出合理的液压锤活塞运动速度、活塞的冲击频率、系统的输出流量、系统的入口压力,以达到提高液压锤工作效率的目的。

Simulation Research on Parameters Optimization of Hydraulic Hammer's System
Abstract:Through modeling and simulation of hydraulic hammer’ s hydraulic system by using AMESim simulation software, the influences of the working frequency, the pressure of high pressure accumulator, flow and other technical parameters on the work effi-ciency of hydraulic hammer were gotten.The velocity curve, the displacement curve, the curve of the working frequency changing with the speed, the curve of the velocity varying with displacement, the curve of the impact energy changing with the time, the curve of pressure variation of high voltage energy storage device, the curve of frequency changing with the flow change were drawn.Through ana-lyzing the curves, the reasonable velocity of the hydraulic chammer’ piston, the impact frequency of the piston, the output flow, the pressure of entrance of the system were found.Thus, it is helpful for improving the work efficiency of hydraulic hammer.
