摘 要: | 为便于实验室研究大惯量液压回转系统的控制特性,建立了大惯量液压回转模拟系统与实际系统参数匹配的理论基础,并指出应分别按照泵排量、马达排量、转动惯量三者之间的关系来匹配模拟系统的参数,并以300 t矿用液压挖掘机的回转系统为例,对模拟系统的参数进行了匹配。结果表明:模拟系统与实际系统具有相似的动态特性。

Research on Parameter Matching between Hydraulic Rotary Simulation Systems and Actual Systems with Large Inertia |

Abstract: | To study the control characteristics of hydraulic rotary systems with large inertia , the foundation of parameter matching between hydraulic rotary simulation systems and actual systems with large inertia was established , and it was pointed out that the pa-rameters of simulation system should be configured by the relationship of pump displacement , hydraulic motor displacement and inertia . At last, the 300 ton hydraulic excavator's rotary system was taken for example , the parameters of the simulation system were matched with the actual system .The result shows that the simulation system has similar dynamic characteristics of the actual system . |
