液压缸集成位移传感器信号调理电路设计

摘    要:针对常见液压缸位移传感器在高集成、小体积环境的应用缺陷,开展了一种高集成液压缸位移传感器信号调理电路的设计研究。为获取高质量的位移检测信号,在分析了位移传感器原始信号特征的基础上,开展了直流隔离、放大、电源转换以及滤波电路等信号调理电路的研究。电路的有效性通过Multisim和Proteus进行仿真及实验验证,仿真及实验结果表明,该信号调理电路可将位移传感器原始信号转变为标准的简谐信号,便于信号的后续采样细分,为提高液压缸位移的检测精度提供了支撑。

Design of Signal Conditioning Circuit for Hydraulic Cylinder Integrated Displacement Sensor
Abstract:In view of the application defects for common hydraulic cylinder displacement sensor in the high integration , small vol-ume environment , the design of signal conditioning circuit for highly integrated hydraulic cylinder displacement sensor was carried out . Based on the analysis of the displacement sensor ’s original signal characteristics , the circuit of DC isolation, amplifying, power conver-sion and filter circuit was developed in order to obtain high-quality displacement detection signal .Multisim and Proteus were adopted to verify the circuit’s effectiveness by simulation work .The results show that the signal conditioning circuit can turn displacement sensor ’s original signal into standard harmonic signal .The turn is conducive to signal subdivision and therefore improves the detection precision of hydraulic cylinder displacement .
