摘 要: | 针对民用大飞机的制造需求,开展了15-5PH不锈钢深孔加工的实验研究。运用极差分析方法,阐明了主轴转速、进给速度及孔深对出口处孔径偏差的影响程度和影响规律。并采用多元回归分析,建立了出口处孔径的指数预测模型。实验及分析结果显示,孔深是影响通孔出口处孔径偏差的主要因素。同时,通过对比预测值和实验值,验证了孔径预测模型构建的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: | According to the requirement of large civil aircraft manufacture , experimental study of the deep hole machining of 15-5PH stainless steel was conducted .The influence degree and law of spindle speed , feed rate and hole depth to hole diameter deviation at exit was respectively illuminated using range analysis method .Besides , multiple regression analysis was applied to construct the in-dex prediction model for hole diameter at exit .The experimental and analysis result shows that the main influence factor to the hole di -ameter deviation is hole depth .Meantime, by comparing between predictive value and experimental value , the rationality and effective-ness of the prediction model of hole diameter is verified . |
