气动送料的高速小袋包装机的研制

摘    要:针对普通小袋包装机包装速度有限的状况,研制一种气压传动和PLC相结合的立式高速小袋包装机。该高速包装机由PLC作为包装机的控制系统,通过气动系统实现物料供送和相关动力的提供,在具备可靠性的基础上,可有效提高生产效率。阐述了包装机的工作原理,介绍了包装机的整体设计思路以及气动系统在包装机中的应用,设计了控制气路和气动送料结构。包装机利用PLC高速计数功能实现高速包装过程的计数,气动送料则有效促进了高速包装的实现。

Development of High Speed Small Bag Packaging Machine Based on Pneumatic Feeding
Abstract:Aiming at the situation of limited packing speed of ordinary small bag packaging machine, a kind of vertical high speed small bag packaging machine combining pneumatic transmission with PLC was developed. In the high speed packaging machine, PLC was used as the control system, material sending and related power offering was completed by pneumatic system. On the basis of relia-bility, production efficiency could be effectively improved. The working principle of the machine was expounded, the overall design idea and pneumatic system application in the packaging machine were introduced. The control air circuit and pneumatic feeding structure were designed. In the packaging machine, PLC high speed counting function was used to count during the high speed packaging process, pneumatic feeding effectively promoted the realization of high speed packaging.
