新时期高校雕塑专业人才培养目标定位和就业取向的调查研究

摘    要:着重阐述面对当今高校艺术类雕塑专业的这种招生规模和已出现的就业情况,高校雕塑教育也应适应新时期社会人才市场的需求,适时地调整学科体系的课程设置,改变以往纯粹艺术家的模式人才培养模式为遵循艺术教育的规律和当前社会、市场的需要而培养全面型的,具有较强综合能力的高层次复合型的专业人才是新时期的高校雕塑专业人才培养的目标定位。

Abstract:This article aims at study on recruitment scale of sculpture major of art and presentphenomenon of employment in the current colleges. The sculpture education is supposed to meet the demandsof human resources market in modern society, regularly adapting the curriculum setting of the whole subjectsystem and changing the rules constantly based on unilateral education from artists. Furthermore, it shouldbe intended for cultivating the all-round, quality-oriented and versatile talents, which is in accordance withrequirements of education of sculpture majors of colleges in modern times.
