| 摘 要： | 经过多年建设,信息化与自动化技术在江苏水利得到了广泛的应用,并取得明显效益,但目前江苏水利信息化与自动化也存在一些问题.介绍了江苏水利信息化和自动化的应用现状,分析了在规划设计、建设管理、运行管理等方面存在的主要问题,并从目标定位,标准设计,公共资源利用、技术与设备的配置、系统维护等方面提出了改进的方法和发展方向. |
