| 摘 要： | 通过网络化监测与故障诊断系统的应用实例,积累了一定的大型机组在线网络监测系统的应用经验,结合装置整个系统、工艺操作,等几个方面综合考虑分析,来准确判断原因。有针对性的采取操作调整及维护措施,保机组平稳运行,减少装置非计划停工带来的损失。

| Abstract: | Through the application cause of network monitoring and fault diagnosis system, and combine with the device system, operation, analysis considering several aspects, the cause can be determine accurately, also accumulate the experience of application of large scale unit online network monitoring systems. Therefore, device non - scheduled shutdown losses were reduced by the operation adjustment and maintenance measures, so the unit can be running smoothly. |
