二甲醚生产废水的深度处理及回用

摘    要:采用微氧/好氧/混嵩乏/富氧生物活性炭/UV消毒组合工艺处理二甲醚生产废水.在进水COD为1 095~1 600 mg/L、pH值为5.0~7.0、氨氮为2.1~6.7 mg/L、总磷为1.7~5.4mg/L、SS为100~300 mg/L、色度为40~110倍、LAS为0.31~1.92 mg/L的条件下,混凝沉淀单元的出水水质满足绿化用水要求,富氧生物活性炭处理出水水质满足洗车及景观用水等要求,实现了二甲醚生产废水的零排放,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益.

Abstract:The combined process of micro-aerobic aeration,aerobic aeration,coagulation sedimentation,oxygen-rich biological activated carbon and UV disinfection was used to treat wastewater from DME production.When the influent COD,pH,NH3-N,TP,SS,color and LAS are 1 095 to 1 600 mg/L,5.0 to 7.0,2.1 to 6.7 mg/L,1.7 to 5.4 mg/L,100 to 300 mg/L,40 to 110 times and 0.31 to 1.92 mg/L respectively,the effluent quality of coagulant sedimentation unit meets the greening requirement,and the effluent quality of oxygen-rich biol...
