摘    要:本文针对某特种车倒车影像控制器设备在CE102和RE102测试项中的测试结果超标问题,结合测试结果,分析了测试结果超标的原因以及设备电磁兼容设计的关键点;然后结合电磁兼容设计原则,改进了电磁干扰的抑制方法,对辐射源和抗干扰能力薄弱处加强了滤波和屏蔽,对壳体加强了接地处理;最后进行测试验证,结果表明,改进后的方法可有效解决CE102和RE102测试结果超标问题。本文所用方法容易实施且具有通用性,可为类似军用电子设备的电磁兼容设计提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the test results of a special vehicle reverse image controller equipment exceed the standard in CE102 and RE102 test items,combining with the test results,this paper analyses the causes of the test results exceeding the standard and the key points of the EMC design of the equipment,and then combines the EMC design principles,improves the suppression method of EMI.The filtering and shielding are strengthened in the weak points of radiation source and anti-interference ability,and the grounding treatment of objects is strengthened.Finally,the test results show that the improved method can effectively solve the problem of CE102 and RE102 test results exceeding the standard.The method used in this paper is easy to implement and universal,which can provide reference for EMC design of similar military electronic equipment.
