圆盘泵输送性能与内部流动研究进展

摘    要:圆盘泵在难泵送、空化问题较严重等场合输送介质时具有良好表现。相对于其他类型泵,圆盘泵的研究起步较晚,相关文献资料较少,设计理论与方法不完善。本文总结圆盘泵的发展历程,介绍圆盘泵的结构特点,阐述圆盘泵输送性能和内部流动的研究进展,同时分析对于圆盘泵需要进一步研究的问题,并提出基于流固耦合分析的设计与优化是圆盘泵未来的研究内容之一。

Abstract:Disc pump has good performance when pumping fluid in some situations. Compared with other types of pumps, the research on the disc pump started late and the design theory is immature. The development history of the disc pump was summarized. The structural characteristics of the disc pump were introduced. The research progress on pumping performance and internal flow of the disc pump were expounded. The problems that need to be further studied for disc pumps were analyzed. In the end, it is pointed out that the design and optimization of the disc pump based on fluid-structure interaction analysis is a development direction in the future.
