摘    要:输电断面稳定超限问题日益突出,为此提出基于机器学习的电网关键断面安全运行自动控制系统.根据极限学习机理论使预测误差最小化,引入核函数获得关键断面精度.设计符合电网在线运行要求的电网关键断面安全运行自动控制网络框架,采用潮流法对断面输电极限功率实施运算,依据调度策略确定控制支路并实施约束,保证系统运行的安全性.控制电网负...

Abstract:The problem of transmission section stability overrun is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,an automatic control system for safe operation of key sections of power grid based on machine learning is proposed.According to the theory of the limit learning machine,the prediction error is minimized,and the kernel function is introduced to obtain the critical section accuracy.In order to ensure the safety of power system operation,the power flow method is used to calculate the limit power of power transmission,and the control branches are determined and constrained according to the dispatching strategy.The load frequency of the power grid is controled,the data of collection and exchange business is acquired,the power balance of the key section of the power grid is achieved through the automatic control system,and finally the optimal control is completed.The experimental results show that the design of the system can improve the overall stability of the power grid,and can effectively reduce energy consumption.
