径向粗粉分离器数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了探索径向粗粉分离器的优缺点,利用基于离散相模型(DPM)框架的计算流体力学(CFD)预测径向粗粉分离器内流场、速度变化、压力变化及颗粒流线等流体力学特征,结果显示粗粉有外壁区、内锥外侧区和内壁内侧区等三个分离区,内锥体和外壳易磨损,易形成颗粒二次携带,中心筒内易形成漩涡,出口粉管浓度偏差大等.最后提出了在进口上端增...

Abstract:In order to search the advantages and disadvantages of radial coal classifier,a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation within the discrete phase model(DPM)framework is carried out to investigate the hydrodynamic characters such as flow field,axial and magnitude velocity,pressure drop,particle streamline and so on.The results show that the coarse powder has three separated areas such as the inner side of outer wall,the outer side of inner cone and the inner side of inner wall.The inner cone and the outer shell are easily worn,the particles are easily carried again,the vortex is easily formed in the center tube,and the deviation about coal powder concentration between the two exit tubes is large.The improvement measures such as adding the bump cone on the top of the inlet and introducing the centrifugal block in the inlet are proposed in the paper.
