椰壳纤维增强水泥基复合材料综合性能研究

摘    要:以水泥和砂为基体相,以椰壳纤维为增强相,制备椰壳纤维增强轻质水泥基复合材料.研究配合比和沸煮处理综合影响下椰壳纤维增强水泥基复合材料的密度以及抗弯强度和抗压强度性能.研究结果表明,椰壳纤维作为轻质增强相在建筑结构轻质墙体填充材料方面具有一定的研究价值和较好的应用前景.

Abstract:With cement and sand as the matrix phase and coconut shell fiber as the reinforcing phase,the coconut shell fiber reinforced lightweight cement-based composite material was prepared.Study the density,flexural strength and compressive strength of coconut shell fiber reinforced cement-based composites under the comprehensive influence of mix ratio and boiling treatment.The research results show that the coconut shell fiber as a lightweight reinforcing phase has certain research value and good application prospects in the light-weight wall filling material of building structures.
