喷涂的残余应力分析

摘    要:残余应力对涂层使用性能、结合强度和内聚强度具有很大影响,是涂层产生裂纹或脱落的主要根源。在涂层中如存在压缩残余应力,一般有利于涂层结合强度的提高,但当其值太大时,由于稳定性丧失,也会引起涂层脱落,使用经验表明,残余应力对涂层使用性能的影响总的讲是负面的。针对喷涂的残余应力进行了分析,并给出了消除或降低残余应力的措施。

Abstract:Survivals stress is big affect of uses and join strength. It is an important cause that paint-coat turns out the crackle. If there is compress survivals stress on paint-coat, it is benefit from the paint-coat. When compress survivals stress is too big. The paint-coat is coming off, experience express: survivals stress isn't well with users. This text aim at should the survivals stress dint carry on analysis, and gives cancellation or lower should the measure.
