炳灵水电站灯泡机组状态监测初探

摘    要:炳灵水电站的泄洪溢流明渠修建在厂房顶部,为中国首创的厂房过流式布置方式。电站选用5台48MW大型灯泡贯流机组,最大运行水头25.7m,转轮直径6.2m。枢纽设计要求厂顶溢流明渠泄洪时,机组能够稳定运行。机组运行工况复杂,枢纽和机组的振动以及可能的电气故障必须引起足够的重视。因此要对机组状态监测配置方案进行必要的探讨,提出本电站机组状态监测的配置要求,并重点指出贯流机组状态监测的存在问题,希望能够对大型贯流机组状态监测方案的配置提供有益的参考。

Abstract:The overflow approach channel of Bingling hydropower project is located on the top of the powerhouse, which is the first arrangement of powerhouse overflow. There install five bulb units with an each installed capacity of 48 MW, a maximum operating head of 25.7 m and a runner diameter of 6.2 m. The stable operation of generating units is required provided that the flood overflows the approach channel on the top of powerhouse. So, it is necessary to discuss the allocation scheme of unit state monitoring, advance allocation requirements of unit state monitoring, and emphasisly point out existing problems in respect of state monitoring of bulb units, which will provide beneficial reference for large - scale bulb unit.
