| Abstract: | A hybrid audio coding scheme is presented which incorporate both the advantages of waveform-based techniques and model-based techniques including sub-band filtering,prediction,transform coding,band extension and parametric stereo.The result shows that at very low bit rate the new codec achieves high audio quality with low complexity,which is much suitable for the mobile applications. |
