摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了锂离子电池正极材料Li3+xMnxV2-x(PO4)3(x=0、0.05、0.10、0.20)。通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别对材料的结构及表面形貌进行了表征,结果表明:Li3+xMnxV2-x(PO4)3与Li3V2(PO4)3具有相同的结构,均属单斜晶系P21/n,且随着锰含量的增加,样品的颗粒变大。循环伏安和充放电测试结果表明,随着锰含量的增加,样品的首次比容量减少,但Li3.1Mn0.1V1.9(PO4)3循环性能较好,说明少量Mn的掺杂可以改善Li3V2(PO4)3的循环性能。

Abstract:Li-ion battery cathode materials Li3+xMnxV2-x(PO4)3(x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20) were synthesized by sol-gel method.The structure and morphology of samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The electrochemical behaviors were characterized by galvanostatic charge/discharge and cyclic voltammetry.The results show that the particle size of products are increased by adding small amountof Mn in Li3V2(PO4)3,but the crystal structure does not changed comparing with Li3V2(PO4...
