| Abstract: | Integration technology is regarded to be the crucial technology of T/R module for Millimeter wave(MMW) phased array through analysis of the technical trends of active phased array. The integration technologies in manufacturing and testing T/R modules are classified in 3 levels(chip level, subarray level and whole array level). The key technologies in each level are analysed and the route map of technology developing is presented. It is suggested that the customization multifunctional MMICs for MMW T/R module, reliable integrated vertical interconnection in MMW band and efficient miniature liquid cooler should be conquered first. |
