摘    要:采用新型大功率高速电弧喷涂系统,对比高速与普通喷涂枪的粒子雾化效果,分析了雾化粒子初速度对涂层结构的影响,对比了涂层表面粗糙度、孔隙率以及结合强度的差异。概述了近3年来大功率高速电弧喷涂系统的最新应用实例。

Abstract:This paper describes the applications of the new type large power and high velocity arc spraying system. At the same time it makes the effect comparison of the atomized particles between the high velocity arc spraying gun and general one. It also analyses the effects of the initial velocity of the atomized particles on the coating structures, and compares the difference of the surface roughness, the porosity and the bond strength of the coatings. Some new applications examples of the latest three years about the large power and high velocity arc spray system are presented in this paper.
