| 摘 要： | 针对西北某铜铅锌银多金属硫化矿共生关系密切,且铜铅锌矿物嵌布粒度极细的特点,使用选择性较强的铜捕收剂YK1-11和方铅矿抑制剂YK3-09等浮选药剂,采用优先浮选工艺流程,成功实现了铜铅锌的分选,获得铜精矿含铜17.12%、含银4 753 g/t、铜回收率61.16%、银总回收率83.99%,铅锌混合精矿含铅25.19%、含锌28.5%、铅回收率43.11%、锌回收率33.1%,铅精矿含铅48.11%、铅回收率27%,锌精矿含锌43.26%、锌回收率43.27%的指标。为类似复杂铜铅锌多金属矿的开发与利用提供了新的思路。
