摘    要:以乳化炸药生产线油水相流量控制系统为研究对象, 针对传统PID控制理论的不足, 采用了自校正PID控制器来实现流量的实时控制, 有效地实现了油水相的实时添加, 提高了产品的产量和质量。

Abstract:In view of deficiency of conventional PID control theory,a research was conducted on the flow control system in water-in-oil emulsion explosive production line.Using a self-tuning PID control strategy,real-time traffic control and real-time addition of water-in-oil flow were achieved,resulting in improved product quality and increased yield.
