某硫化铜矿尾矿碱性细菌浸出试验研究

摘    要:采用尾矿坝中富集培养的碱性硫杆菌, 进行某硫化铜矿尾矿的浸出试验, 从接种量、细菌的适应时间、矿浆浓度等方面探讨细菌对铜浸出率的影响。试样结果显示, 当接种量为25%, 细菌的适应时间为5 d, 矿浆浓度为5 g/L, 在浸出时间为50 d时, 尾矿中铜的浸出率最高达24.51%。浸出试验优化后, 铜浸出率预期最大值33.4%, 可提高8.89个百分点。

Abstract:A bacterial leaching test was performed for the tailings of some copper sulfide with alkaline thiobacillus which was isolated in tailings dam with enrichment culture technology.The effect of inoculation amount,adaptation time of bacteria and pulp density on the leaching rate of the copper was analyzed.Results showed that the leaching rate of copper from tailings can reach a maximum of 24.51% after bioleaching for 50 d with a pulp density of 5 g/L,25% of inoculation amount and 5 d of adaptation time of bacte...
