| 摘 要： | 对某氧化率高、结合率高、主要矿物成分为硅孔雀石的的氧化铜渣进行了浮选试验研究。确定了获得最佳硫化效果时硫化钠与硫酸铵的用量比例, 研究了矿浆pH值对硫化浮选指标的影响, 并考察了两种羟肟酸与Y89、丁胺黑药混合捕收剂的协同捕收作用。结果表明, 在pH=5左右, 硫化剂硫酸钠和硫酸铵比例为1∶1, 以磷酸乙二胺作活化剂, Y89和丁胺黑药混合, 并添加烷基(C5～9)羟肟酸作捕收剂, 经一粗一扫两精两段磨浮开路流程, 获得铜精矿品位为11.52%, 回收率达59.89%。
