摘    要:采用文献方法合成了2,4-戊二酮缩甘氨酸席夫碱及其过渡金属配合物,进行了结构表征,利用单片纸碟法测定了它们对革兰氏阴性菌和阳性菌的抑制活性;利用MOPAC软件中的PM3程序对2,4-戊二酮、甘氨酸和2,4-戊二酮缩甘氨酸席夫碱进行了量化计算,量化计算结果与抑菌活性测定结果基本相符。

Abstract:2,4- acetylacetone glycine Schiff base and its Complexes have been synthesized. The antibacterial activities have been determined by paper disk method. Theresult has been indicated that the complexes had more good inhibiting functionsthan the legand not only to Gram - positive bacterium but also to Gram - negativebacterium. PM3 program was used to perform quantum chemistry abinitiocalculation, the result of which coincides essentially with the antibacterialactivities.
