| 摘 要： | 不锈钢钢管在加工成型过程中发生开裂。采用金相及电子探针等方法对不锈钢钢管的开裂原因进行了分析。结果表明，硫和锰元素含量超标，大量非金属硫化物夹杂物的存在造成不锈钢钢管的开裂。

| Abstract: | The stainless steel tube was broken in the moulding process was analyzed by metallography and EPMA methods. The results showed that the higher contents of sulphur and manganese and the existence of nonmetallic inclusion were the main factors causing the crack of stainless steel tube. |
