| 摘 要： | LED光电参数测试仪是用来测量LED在可见波段范围的光、电参数的仪器。介绍了LED光电参数测试仪的两种校准方法，即分别采用发光强度标准灯和LED标准管对其进行校准，比较分析了其异同点及其影响测量结果的因素。结果显示采用LED标准管进行校准的方法其效果更好。

| Abstract: | LED optical parameters tester is used to measure both light and electricity parameters of LED in visible light range. The article discusses the differences of the two methods： ＂ standard test method for calibration of LED optical parameter tester using a standard source of irradiance＂ and ＂ standard test method for calibration of LED optical parameter using LED standard source＂. The results show that the method of using a LED standard source is better than the other method. |
