紫外线油烟机的光生物安全测试与分析

摘    要:根据最新标准IEC 62471-2006中关于光生物安全测试的要求,就目前市场上出现的紫外线油烟机进行了光生物安全方面的测试和分析。通过紫外辐射对眼睛和皮肤的光化紫外危害和对眼睛的近紫外危害的测试,让读者清晰地了解到对于主要辐射波长为254 nm的紫外线光源对人眼睛和皮肤的光化紫外危害要远远大于对眼睛的近紫外危害。通过分析,还给出了相应紫外光源涉及的紫外危害限值同光照度大小和光照时间的关系式,同时为减小紫外线油烟机的紫外危害给出了有效的解决方案。

Abstract:In this paper, the ultraviolet ( UV) cooker hood which appeared in the market recently , was tested and analyzed on its photobiological safety , according to the photobiological safety requirements of the newest standard IEC 62471: 2006.By testing of actinic UV hazard for the skin and eyes and near-UV hazard for the eyes from UV radiation , it illustrated that the hazard of actinic UV hazard for the skin and eyes was much bigger than near-UV hazard for the eyes , which is caused by the UV light source whose main wavelength is 254 nanometer.What's more, the relationship was proposed in this paper that UV hazard limits of UV light source about illumination and exposure time .Meanwhile , in order to reduce the hazard of UV cooker hood , effective solution was also proposed in the paper .
