基于物联网太阳能LED照明智能控制系统的研究和设计

摘    要:针对现有太阳能照明系统普遍存在的效率低、寿命短、运行不稳定等问题,设计了一种具有远程无线联网功能的新型ZigBee太阳能照明控制系统。控制系统通过相关传感器采集数据并通过ZigBee、 GPRS无线网络传给监控中心,实时显示采集到的数据,实现无线远程监测与智能控制;控制系统包含上位机、集中控制器、太阳能LED照明控制器。联合ZigBee、 GPRS、 Internet的组网策略实现太阳能路灯自组建网络和远程智能监控。试验结果表明:该系统设计可提供节能高效、智能稳定的太阳能照明监控功能,真正实现了太阳能LED照明的智能化管理,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:Due to the low efficiency, short lifespan and fluctuation performance of current solar lighting system, this paper introduces a new ZigBee solar lighting controlling system with remote wireless networking designed by us. By way of collecting data via relevant sensor and passes the data to monitoring center by ZigBee and GPRS wireless, showing the collected data synchronously, it realizes the wireless remote monitoring and intelligent controlling. The controlling system includes upper computer, integrated controller and solar LED lighting controller. Solar LED lighting controller includes charging controlling module, data collection module, LED lighting driving module, wireless communication module and power management module. The controlling system monitors the charging state of storage battery synchronously and switches the charging model correctly in order to enhance the charging efficiency. Also, it tracks the maximum power point of solar panel by perturbation and observation control; it adopts the PWM to adjust LED constant current output so as to reach the energy saving effect. Combining the networking strategy of ZigBee, GPRS and Internet, it realizes the solar street light self build network and remote intelligent monitor.
