摘    要:以10名(5男5女)眼部功能正常的学生为研究对象,采用学习效率法、视调节力测试法、生理参数法和主观评价法,研究不同的LED照明环境(相关色温Tc 分别为2700K、4500K、6500K,照度Ev 分别为300 lx、500 lx、800lx)对受试者生物节律的影响。实验结果表明:受试者在Ev =500 lx, Tc =4500K的照明环境下学习效率最高、视调节力最好,生理参数最稳定。另外通过主观评价测试,受试者也普遍喜欢Ev =500 lx, Tc =4500K的照明环境。综合考虑,桌面平均照度为500lx,相关色温为4500K的LED 照明环境为理想的学习和办公环境。

Study on the Influence of LED Office Lighting Environment Based on Photobiological Effect

Abstract:This article presents our recent studies on the effects of correlated color temperature and illumination on biological rhythm .Five male and five female were exposed to nine different LED lighting conditions (with illumination 300 lx, 500lx and 800 lx and correlated color temperature 2700K, 4500K and 6500K).The results show that under “Ev =500 lx, Tc =4500K” the study participates'learning efficiency and binocular vision accommodation were better and physiological parameters were more stable than other lighting scenarios in the experimental setting Tc and Ev range.In addition to that they preferred “Ev =500 lx, Tc =4500K” over other lighting scenarios.Comprehensive consideration, the average horizontal illumination level at desk is 500 lx with correlated color temperature 4500 K of LED lighting is a preferable lighting environment for learning and office working .
