摘    要:针对加速度计测量对三轴摇摆台高精度要求,提出一种对其控制进行系统联合仿真的方法,并给出试验结果。在给出摇摆台数学模型的基础上,设计了摇摆台位置—速度—电流反馈的三环控制结构,并给出了利用ADAMS和Matlab协同仿真的控制结构图。仿真和试验结果表明:转台的转矩幅值波动小,位置信号的跟踪性能完全满足指标要求,可以实现加速度计的精确标定。

Abstract:Aiming at high precision requirement of acceleration measurement for three-axis swing table, a co- simulation approach of control system is proposed, and experimental results are given. Design three-loop control structure of position-speed-current feedback of swing platform and give control structure diagram of collaborative simulation using ADAMS and Matlab, on the basis of mathematical model of swing table. Simulation and experimental results show that torque fluctuation of turntable is small and tracking performance of position signal satisfies requirement of index,which can realize accurate calibration of accelerometer.
