摘    要:本文提出采用分布式网络实时控制架构,利用GPRS通讯骨干整合低压电力线载波技术及无线传感技术的路灯节能管理系统,使其具有远程节能控制、路灯故障监测、远端系统等功能,在达到城市路灯节能改造升级同时,提升路灯管理水平,节省人力成本、物料成本,向市民提供更为优质的公共照明服务。目前,该系统构架已在杭州市路灯节能改造项目中达到初步运用,在远程调控高压钠灯平均20%节电率的基础上,初步实现深达单灯的数据采集、故障报警等实用管理功能,并在远端B/S服务器中做到可视化操作、控制。

Abstract:This article describes the design of a streetlight energy conservation system .The real time control architecture and distribute networking are put to used in this system .This system also intergrates the GPRS , lower power communication and wireless sensing technology .It realizes the funtions of remote energy control, streetlight fault survey and far-end control.This system can promote the level of management and save manpower and materials .At present , this system started to be utilized in the energy conservation project of Hangzhou streetlight system .According to the real utilization data , this system can save 20%electric energy .In addition , the functions of single lamp data acquision , fault report , and visuallization control in the B/S server are also realized .
