大功率LED灯具散热的优化设计

摘    要:对大功率LED灯具的散热进行研究。从大功率灯具的散热器材料选择、散热器结构的优化设计、散热器表面处理工艺、有效散热面积、对流条件等几个因素进行分析与散热性能的关系,对各种不同的散热技术进行整合优化。结果表明:改善LED灯具的对流环境、对散热器表面进行工艺处理、合理选择散热器的材料和优化散热器的结构设计均能提高大功率LED灯具的散热效果。

Abstract:Heat dissipation for high power LED luminaire is studied in this paper. The relationship between thermal performance and high power LED luminaire is analyzed from several factors which include radiator material selection, radiator structure optimization design, radiator surface treatment processes, effective heat dissipation area and convection condition. These different heat dissipation technologies are integrated and optimized. The results showed that these different thermal technologies could improve cooling effect of high power LED luminaire.
