| 摘 要： | 分析了食用油壶口塑件的成型工艺性,为简化模具结构,避免侧向分型,针对带有内外侧凸起的塑件设计了一种强制脱模结构。实践证明,模具结构稳定可靠,效果良好。

| Abstract: | A forced demolding mechanism was designed for the plastic part with internal and external side direction saddlebacking. As a result, the side direction parting was avoided and the mould structure was simplified. The practical experience indicates that the mould is stable in structure and reliable in operation and efficient in production. |
