| 摘 要： | 文章概述了天津滨海新区响螺湾商务区的规划及城市设计。作为天津滨海新区于家堡中心商务区的启动区,响螺湾商务区的规划设计工作以国内外商务区规划建设的成功经验为基础,结合地域文化与环境特点,进行了城市设计及导则的研究与编制工作,并在该导则的指导下实施建筑单体设计。 |

| Abstract: | This article gives an overview of the planning and design of Xiangluowan Business District. It is the first project of the Yujiapu Business Center program in Binhai New Area,Tianjin.The designers have researched both into some most successful practices of business district around the world and special qualities of local culture and environment. Basing on the researches,they worked out a design guidelines for the program.Units of the program have been designed according to the guidelines. |
