燃煤高温固氟工艺和添加剂的实验研究

摘    要:该文从改善钙基固氟剂反应活性和提高固氟产物的高温稳定性两方面着手,通过实验研究开发出几种耐高温复合型固氟剂。研究结果表明:加Na、K类金属盐能改善添加剂反应活性和微观空隙结构,使固氟率提高到75%以上:加Fe2O3和Al2O3能形成高温稳定固氟产物,使固氟率提高2倍;加铝硅系粘土矿物,能形成铝硅和氟化钙复合相体系,使固氟率提高2.5倍。

Abstract:Several kinds of compound heat-resistant fluoride retention additive of high efficiency and low-cost were studied and produced through two methods which is to make calcium-base fluoride retention additive more activated and to improve thermal stability of fluoride retention products in high temperature. The results of studies indicated: by exploiting additives of alkali metal salt group such as Na, K, reaction activation of additive and the microcosmic pore structure is improved, and the fluoride retention factor is increased by 75% or more; By exploiting additives of Fe_2O_3, Al_2O_3, stabile fluoride retention products in high temperature is formed, and the fluoride retention factor is doubled by 2; By exploiting additives of the clay minerals of Al, Si group, the profound phase system of Al, Si and CaF_2 is formed, and the fluoride retention factor is doubled by 2.5.
