| 摘 要： | 现代建筑的发展过程是现代建筑设备技术的不断更新与发展的过程。建筑设备新技术的发展推动了现代建筑向前高速发展，现代建筑发展也要求建筑设备不断发展。建筑设备的发展使现代建筑的形式和功能得以充分的展现，使现代建筑处处体现以人为本的理念。
