烧结矿分级入炉技术实验研究

摘    要:在实验室冷态高炉模型上对烧结矿分级入炉技术进行了研究,测试了不同分级布料方式时料柱阻损、透气性指数、煤气流分布、矿焦比、压力场与速度场等参数。实验结果表明,实施烧结矿分级入炉可降低料柱阻损,改善透气性。

Abstract:The technique of BF filling by fraction size of sinter was studied on cold state BF model in laboratory,the parameters were tested in different ways of BF filling by fraction size,such as charge column resistant loss,permeability,gas distribution,ore/coke,pressure field,speed field,etc.The experiment result indicates that the charge column resistant loss can be reduced and permeability can be imporoved through BF filling by fraction size of sinter.
