低压气压缩机增压集输工艺工况分析

摘    要:压缩机增压工艺目前仍然是低压气集输工艺的主导工艺,而增压一般分为单井增压和集中增压两种方式。文章针对不同增压方式,讨论了输送距离和输送气量对不同增压方式下压缩机能耗及投资费用的影响。模拟分析表明,集中增压工艺比单井增压工艺更节省压缩机能耗,随着输量的增加,这种趋势更加明显,但随着输送距离的增加,这种趋势逐渐减小;而单井增压工艺比集中增压工艺更节省管材的投资等费用。因此,在实际工程中选取何种增压方式需要权衡能耗与投资两方面的因素。

Abstract:Gas supercharging process by compressor plays an important role in low-pressure gas gathering and transportation.There are mainly two supercharging ways,i.e.the single well supercharging and the central supercharging.The influences of gas transmission distance and quantity on the energy consumption and invest-ment costs in the two supercharging ways are discussed.The results show that the center supercharging process can save much more energy than the single well supercharging process.This trend becomes more apparent as the transmission quantity increases,but it declines with the increase in transmission distance;while the single well supercharging process is much more economical than the central supercharging.As a result,both energy consumption and investment should be put into consideration to choose an optimum supercharging way.
