舰船推进轴系径向滑动轴承的变温润滑计算

摘    要:基于流体润滑理论,对某舰船推进装置轴系中非压力供油径向滑动轴承进行了变温度场润滑数值计算,对摩擦力矩、功率损失进行了分析。计算结果表明,舰船推进装置轴系中的轴承摩擦损失功率影响因素的强弱排序为:温度,转速,油品,载荷;在正常情况下轴承摩擦损失功率数量级一般不大,方案设计时取设计工况传递功率的1%仍有一定的裕度。

Abstract:A varied viscosity program written by C language on the foundation of fluid lubrication mechanics was presented,which can calculate a lubricating power loss of the general radial bearing in the transmission system of propulsion plant on a vessel.The varied viscosity procedure was used to calculate the radial bearing power loss in a certain new type of vessel,and the friction torque,friction power losses were discussed.Results show that the order of factors contributing to friction power loss is temperature,rotating speed and load,the magnitude of power loss estimated in primary design stage is about 1%,which still has a small margin.
