双楔角环垫法兰接头密封性能研究

摘    要:螺栓法兰接头的泄漏直接影响工业生产安全及环保达标,其密封性能的提高和研究具有重要意义。针对双楔角环垫法兰接头,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS分别进行了预紧、操作工况下的密封性能分析。研究结果表明,在螺栓预紧力、内压及端部载荷的作用下,垫片在操作工况的接触应力整体略高于在预紧工况的,主法兰最大应力出现在凸出端,从法兰最大应力出现在与垫片配合使用的台阶处,法兰最大位移及转角均发生在操作工况下,各部件均满足强度及刚度要求且垫片最小接触应力满足密封所需的要求。

Abstract:The leakage of bolt flange connection directly affects industrial production safety and environmental protection,the improvement and research of its sealing performance is of great significance.The ABAQUS was utilized to calculate the sealing performance of double wedge angle ring gasket joint under preload and operating conditions.The research results show that under the action of bolt pre-tightening force,internal pressure and end load,the contact stress of the gasket under operating conditions is slightly higher than the pre-tightening conditions.The maximum stress of the main flange appears at the protruding end of the main flange,the maximum stress from the flange appears at the step used with the gasket,the maximum displacement and rotation angle of the flange occur under operating conditions.All components meet the requirements of strength and rigidity.The minimum contact stress of the gasket meets the requirements for sealing.
